Miami-based Rokk3r Fuel EXO, a $150 million global venture capital fund, announced this week a strategic venture capital partnership with the Holt Fintech Accelerator Program based in Montreal. The partnership will target startups in the areas of fintech, property tech, artificial intelligence/machine learning and IoT, creating a pipeline of tech talent through the Holt Fintech Accelerator Program to Rokk3r Fuel EXO.
“Rokk3r Fuel EXO is proud to align with the Holt Fintech Accelerator Program, which will carry the vaunted legacy of Sir Herbert Holt into the 21st century, and far beyond,” said Rokk3r Fuel EXO Managing Director Jeff Ransdell in a press statement. “This partnership allows the Rokk3r Idea-to-Exit ecosystem to be leveraged by our partners at the Holt Accelerator and gives our investors access to a larger universe of exponential organizations to invest in.”
Rokk3r Fuel ExO as a global Idea-to-Exit ecosystem that seeks to de-risk and democratize company building by using a blockchain based platform leveraging a hybrid of human and machine intelligence. It focuses on ideas that take-on some of humanity’s greatest challenges and that have the potential for exponential growth. It innovatively furthers global entrepreneurship by offering education, idea validation, team creation and experts that will crowd-build ventures.
Rokk3r Fuel EXO’s recent successes include:
- Taxfyle: a peer-to-peer tax filing platform currently having over 40,000 users,
- AdMobilize: an AI/machine learning software that is disrupting traditional advertising,
- HYP3R: a marketing-tech startup included on Fast Company’s social media list of “most innovative company in the world”
The Holt Fintech Accelerator is now seeking the next 400 rising stars in fintech via a worldwide search. The application deadline for their upcoming program is July 29th. Those selected will receive significant support that includes hands-on help via committed partners, trainings, world-class mentors, immersion in the fintech environment and financial investments. Participants in the Holt Accelerator Program also have access to one of Canada’s largest applied AI solution providers, Stradigi AI.
