Led by a team of industry experts, the Center for Financial Professionals (ceFPro) released the FinTech Leaders 2020 report, which studies the global financial tech ecosystem and ranks the leading fintech players around the world. The organization ranked 50 industry leaders from 30 categories, announcing Funding Circle, a small business specialist lender, as the number one company on the FinTech Leaders list.
Over sixty experts gathered to conduct research on the fintech market, debunking key market trends and providing an assessment of future trends in a market that is constantly evolving to adapt new technology. Tools such as powerful computational technology combined with internet and cloud technology enable the industry to continuously evolve as each year brings new, innovative changes.
The leading company, Funding Circle, is the largest small business lender in the world and has originated loans to more than 14,000 businesses in the US and thousands more abroad in the U.K, Germany, and the Netherlands.
