VOIQ, a SaaS platform revolutionizing AI Voice, has raised a total of $5 million from top Silicon Valley investors including YCombinator as they continue to grow, serving 700 companies since their first launch in February 2019. As AI-Voice continues to grow in the sales and marketing sectors, investors saw potential in VOIQ, who have early mover advantage in the booming market.

One such advantage to using AI Voice is building human-like conversational VoiceBots that can automate business calls, allowing for more efficiency in the workplace. VOIQ already works with Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and IBM who are planning to invest billions of dollars into the industry to advance AI technology, such as creating more natural-sounding voices with heightened emotional intelligence and more humanistic components.

Many notable investors have chosen to participate in the funding, including Brian Finn, former CEO of Credit Suisse Boston, and David Shreni, former Head of Global Mobile for Walmart. The round is led by LEAP Ventures, who were attracted to VOIQ’s strong competitive position in the market.

“Our recent success is a clear indicator that this space is about to experience hyper-growth. While industry experts predicted that AI Voice for business use would take several more years to mature, a wide range of solutions such as Amazon Alexa for Business are already emerging at a fast pace,” said VOIQ CEO and Founder, Ricardo Garcia-Amaya.
