Organizers for the National Association of Broadcasters Show, the world’s largest electronic media show covering the creation, management and delivery across all platforms, announced March 12 the next 10 startups that will participate in SPROCKIT 2015, a media and entertainment alliance of corporate executives and industry-vetted emerging companies for business-related showcasing and collaboration.
According to a press release, the companies selected to work with and present to business leaders will gather in Las Vegas from April 11 to 16. SPROCKIT, now in its third year, will feature up to 30 startups and up-and-coming businesses chosen based on their ability to find creative solutions to the challenges facing media, entertainment and technology companies today.
Created in partnership with World Series of Startups, LLC and NAB, SPROCKIT aims to provide entrepreneurs with exposure and connections in the media and entertainment industry. After the Nab Show concludes, startups continue in the yearlong SPROCKIT program, where startups and industry leaders collaborate to bring the most innovative products, services and revenue models to the market, according to the press release.
