eGlobalTech, a cybersecurity consulting firm, and Chainbridge Solutions, a software development company, are leveraging their shared expertise to form a Small Business Administration Mentor-Protege partnership. Both Virginia-based companies work in the federal sector and intend to continue serving the Federal Government through their joint venture called “eGTBridge Solutions” which encompasses Information Technology solutions.
Based in Fairfax, Virginia, Chainbridge Solutions is an SBA 8(a) Certified, Women Owned Small Business that specializes in building software for data analysis, business processing, and more. The 8(a) certification is a government funded business development program that limits competition for businesses with socially or economically disadvantaged owners, through which the mentor-protege partnership is also run.
Specific qualifications are listed online include the company being a small business, owned by someone whose personal net worth is $250,000 or less and have a maximum of $4 million in assets. Once the company’s application is approved, benefits include Business Opportunity Specialist to help with federal contracting, as well as business training, counseling, marketing assistance, and high-level executive development.
Both companies expressed satisfaction about working together, explaining how combining companies brings valuable experience into the sector. “Both organizations share the same values, act as trusted partners to their clients, and are committed to delivery excellence,” stated Branko Primetica, eGlobalTech’s President and Chief Strategy Officer. Founder and CEO of Chainbridge Solutions in a press statement, Ms. Aarti Smith also shared a positive sentiment, saying, “I have no doubt that together, we will deliver many forward-thinking solutions to our customers.”
