Spurred on by the pandemic, digital continues to sweep across industries, prompting leaders such as project44 to embrace innovation. On April 13th the global supply chain company will host the first ever trucking event dedicated to digitalization and real-time visibility.

Attendees will gain insight from experts on how trucking companies and related businesses can keep pace with the digital transformation underway. Focus will be on transportation and logistics over the coming five to 10 years and ways for companies to adapt to changing customer expectations.

“We’ll highlight industry trends seen across real-time visibility, telematics, trucking, brokerages, and so much more as digitalization has become such an essential part of the supply chain,” said project44’s Senior Director, Global Partnerships & Alliances, Kristian Kaas Mortensen.

Thought leaders from North America and Europe participating in the event include: Brian Duffy, Cloud President, SAP; Mindaugas Raila, Chairman & Founder, Girteka Logistics; Joel Gard, President Xpress Technologies, U.S. Xpress; and Brent Hutto, Chief Relationship Officer, Truckstop.com

“I can’t think of a more perfect time to talk about how the trucking industry is investing in and working with digital technology,” said Hutto. “I appreciate project44 asking me to participate and look forward to what will surely be a lively discussion.”

project44’s own senior team will also be active participants: Jett McCandless, Founder and CEO, Vernon O’Donnell, Chief Product & Services Officer, Mallory Pierpoint, Head of Product Operations, and Tim Bertrand, Chief Revenue Officer.
