EvoNexus is bringing its technology incubator success to Silicon Valley with the opening of a Fintech incubator focused on AI and machine learning, bank and payment technology, blockchain, data science, and other related technologies. With critical support from founding sponsor Franklin Templeton, EvoNexus embarks on a plan to replicate their incubator program in regions outside of their southern California base.
“The creation of this new incubator was the fulfillment of a shared vision from Franklin Templeton and EvoNexus that Silicon Valley would embrace a new incubation program focused on Fintech and Deep-Tech startups,” explained Rory Moore, co-founder and CEo of EvoNexus.
EvoNexus plans to use their well-honed model that includes a 1% equity requirement from startups, an individualized milestone-based programming, and two years of residency. Those within the program have the opportunity to leverage the 50+ corporate sponsors on the EvoNexus board, their strong partnerships with top-ranking universities all over the world, and over 200 venture capitalists invested into EvoNexus portfolio companies already.
Startups interested in applying for the fintech incubator program will be considered for admission as well as other collaborative opportunities with Franklin Templeton. These include early-stage funding, beta customer trials, early business unit exposure, and technology steering.
