Performance marketing and information solution provider cogint, Inc. based in Florida, announced a new strategic alliance with Washington-based Dragonchain, Inc. to integrate cogint’s numerous business applications with Dragonchain’s blockchain platform.

Thanks to a design that makes committing fraud difficult that potentially could revolutionize commercial transactions, the blockchain platform empowers businesses to streamline and protect their day-to-day functions with a scalable and server-less solution.

“We are intrigued by Dragonchain’s application across disparate enterprises to drive secure transactions,” said cogint CEO Derek Dubner. “We believe that combining cogint’s differentiated abilities to deliver asset tracking, identity verification, fraud prevention, and secure transactions with the Dragonchain blockchain platform will accelerate adoption of the platform by enterprises, as well as instill confidence in counterparties and the investing public in not only Dragonchain but the emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.”

Differing from Ethereum and bitcoin protocols, the Dragonchain platform is a hybrid, with some information public while other information remains private. This provides an advantage over competing platforms, which are either wholly public or entirely private, and gives Dragonchain’s platform the flexibility to fit any enterprise.

Cogint’s current solutions focus on analytics and data, and through Dragonchain these solutions allow more clients to streamline several aspects of their business, from collecting debts to acquiring and identifying new customers.
