The Promontory Interfinancial Network and Bank Director announced the finalists for the 2018 Best of FinXTech Awards. The three competing categories were Startup Innovation, Best of FinXTech Partnership, and Innovative Solution of the Year. The selected finalists demonstrated how collaboration builds growth and innovation in the banking industry.
Each finalist is comprised of two collaborating companies, one in banking and the other focused on technology. The finalists for the Startup Innovation category were recognized for stand-out performances in growth by revenue, strength of integration, reputation or customers, and overall innovation.
The finalists for Startup Innovation are:
- Pinnacle Financial Partners and Built, a construction lending firm, streamlined Pinnacle’s management for construction loans.
- ChoiceOne Financial Services and AutoBooks, a business banking platform, expanded ChoiceOne’s services to small businesses by offering treasury services.
- Radius Bank and Alloy, a FinTech, allowed Radius Bank to become a digital first bank thanks to Alloy’s API and smart identity platform, reducing onboarding fraud by 50% while offering instant decisions for 98% of online cases.
- Seacoast Banking Corp. and SmartBiz Loans, an online lending marketplace and platform, enabled Seacoast to expand their small business administration loans across the nation.
The winners for Startup Innovation as well as the other categories will be announced during the FinXTech Annual Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona on May 10th.
