The company brought unique value to the Summit, highlighting how flexible, rapid-response manufacturing and intelligent systems are revolutionizing space access.
The company’s vertically integrated 35,000-square-foot facility on Florida’s Space Coast supports the entire lifecycle of space technology development—from mission planning and AI/ML software integration to hardware manufacturing and launch coordination.

“I think just naturally by being a female CEO with an engineering background in a STEM environment, that alone provides a kind of mentoring,” Craig said. “It shows our female employees—and even our male employees—that women can do this.”
Her influence goes beyond representation. Craig has implemented several initiatives that foster inclusion and professional growth. “We try to do a lot of other things like get involved in organizations in the community when it comes to STEM or women in STEM,” she continued. “I have an open-door policy. Any of my employees—women engineers, whoever—can come in and talk about their career, ask for recommendations or suggestions. That’s always available.”
One of the clearest examples of this commitment is Sidus Space’s robust internship program. “…we have 18 interns, and people think that’s crazy,” Craig noted. “But at least 50 percent of those are women in technical fields—mission operations and engineering. It’s about leading by example and through your actions, showing how we support women in these fields.”
Craig has cultivated a workplace environment where future engineers and aerospace professionals, regardless of gender can succeed.
