The Seton Hall University Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in the Stillman School of Business will hold its eighth annual Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Induction Dinner on September 18, 2013. This year, the inductees into the Hall of Fame are James DiCarlo Jr., co-founder, environmental compliance officer and safety director, of Fleetwash Inc., and Shannon D.M. Morris, president of Sigma Group.

Shannon Morris is president and partner of Sigma, a full service advertising agency based in Oradell New Jersey.  Overseeing company wide operations and agency administration of the company, Shannon has specific focus on the growth and management of new business endeavors.  Over the past 6 years has led Sigma through a 300% growth in agency billings and personnel.  She joined Sigma in 1999 as director of account services.  In 2012, after nine years as partner, Morris acquired the company.  Prior to joining Sigma Shannon had over  12 years of corporate marketing experience from such well-known companies as Fuji Electric Corporation of America, Prudential, and Home Box Office.

James Dicarlo, Jr.  was a co-founder with his Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity brother of a truck-washing business to earn money to pay for his education.  Today, their company, $90 million Fleetwash, Inc., is the nation’s largest provider of professional truck-washing services.  Fleetwash employs over 1,200 people at 50 locations in 43 states.  Clients include FedEx and Penske Corporation.  DiCarlo holds a patent for the innovative technology he created for Fleetwash.  He also helped to develop the industry standards for clean water disposal required for all commercial vehicle washing.
