Syracuse based electronic security monitoring service, Rapid Response, recently announced the appointment of Morgan Hertel as their new Vice-President of Technology and Innovation. In several years of work with Rapid Response, Hertel primarily worked in a position of oversight of development teams prior to becoming Vice-President.
Upon announcing the appointment, Rapid Response President Jeffrey Atkins stated, “Many believe our record breaking growth is what led to the expansion of our monitoring centers. The underlying truth is that it is our innovations that forced us to expand… we had to plan for what is yet to come. That included putting the right person [Hertel] in place to drive it.”
