Arizona-based Paradox continues its push to be a major influencer in the Future of Work, bringing innovation to Human Resources (HR) and enabling talent teams through AI that automates laborious administrative tasks and delivers employee and candidate communications in real time. Helping them further their goals is a $40 million Series B funding round led by Connecticut-based Brighton Park Capital that builds on 200 notable clients that includes: CVS Health, McDonald’s, Unilever, Intel, Aramark
Their AI assistant, Olivia, automates common talent management, recruiting, and HR tasks. From scheduling interviews and answering questions to hosting virtual events, Olivia accomplishes it all through simple conversational experiences. Olivia and Paradox as a whole are also collaboratively integrated with leading talent management and recruitment systems including TalentReef, TMP, iCims, and Workday.
“Paradox is fundamentally aligned with where the world is going,” said Mike Gregoire, former CEO of Taleo. “The company is seeing increased adoption as digital transformation becomes more critical to organizational resiliency and long-term success. Paradox is the clear leader in its category and we’re thrilled to partner with their team to execute a vision for the future of work.”
Gregoire will serve as Paradox’s new Chairman, focusing on the enormous potential of Paradox’s roadmap. He brings more than 20 years of executive-level leadership experience to the board of directors. “We’re excited to be along for the ride and to support a vision that I fundamentally believe will change the way the world works for the better.”
Paradox notched a major achievement in 2019 with its acceptance into the SAP.iO Foundaries, SAP’s global network of top-tier no-equity startup accelerators.
