Redd’s Biergarten joins the revitalization of Newark’s historic Four Corners District that is bringing new residential and retail opportunities to the Market Street neighborhood. This newest eatery joins Mercato Tomato Pie and Novelty Burger & Bar located in the ground floor retail spaces of the RockPlaza Lofts development with entrances conveniently located at both 218 Market Street and 37 Edison Place directly across the street from the Prudential Center.
Redd’s Biergarten is an independently owned, traditional German beer garden that has a distinctive urban flare; offering patrons multiple bars, flat screen televisions, a private event room and a reminder of the city’s rich beer history with the likes of Ballantine Brewery, G. Krueger Brewing Company and Anheuser-Bush.
A social gathering place, Redd’s features long communal tables, found in Germany, that encourage mingling, meeting new people and stimulating conversations over authentic German and American food, wine and of course, an unrivaled selection of beer!
With the goal to establish a relationship with Newark sports fans, concert goers and the general and business population, Redd’s offers a variety of menu choices including many items such as Bavarian Pretzels, Bier Battered Bacon, Bratwurst, Redd’s signature Famous Jumbo Wings, desserts and cocktails.
