The 18th annual InvestMidwest Venture Capital Forum is scheduled to be held in Kansas City on March 28-29. The event showcases over 40 ventures from the Midwest that specialize in life science, technology, and bioenergy. With 60 plus investors and 300 plus attendees, the event is designed to showcase the top entrepreneurial talent in the MidWest that may potentially lead to being funded.
Michael Helmstetter, President and CEO of TechAccel, is the keynote speaker. His speech will focus on ag-tech and animal-health models for risk management and impact investing.
“Innovation in the ag and animal health ecosystems are critical areas of investment to secure the future of our food chain,” said Helmstetter.
Since its inception 17 years ago, InvestMidwest has helped generate over $1 billion worth of investment.
