For those who rely upon Google AdWords as part of their digital marketing toolbox, Google’s announcement on August 8th of regional winners of its Google Premier Partners Awards gave a window into how sophisticated proprietary technology is being used in AdWords that is capable of giving dramatic results.

Google’s announcement was for the Americas portion of its global contest, selecting one regional winner from North America and one regional winner from Central & South America.  The winners for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, plus the Asia Pacific, will be announced over the next few weeks, with the Global winners to be announced on September 28th at the Google Partners Summit in New York City.

Finch, a global company that manages AdWords campaigns for advertisers, won for the Search Innovation 2017 category for the North America region. They deliver highly efficient campaigns that are optimized for profit using a SaaS+ model.

Finch’s entry into the contest was a case study on Artisan Hardware, demonstrating its 541% revenue increase and 62% sales cost decrease for the company resulting from Finch’s AdWords campaign. Finch has over 300 clients in Europe, Asia, Australia, South America with its corporate headquarters based in the US.

Applications for the global contest opened in late April for Google Premier Partners, who submitted entries by region into one of six digital marketing categories, with one category winner to be selected for each region.

Chase Norton, CEO and founder of Artisan Hardware, talked about the results of the contest in a press release, saying that, “Finch has been consistent and transparent from day one in an effort to increase sales and save money. They have been proactive in providing detailed analytics and strong performance metrics to make decision making easier for us. Ours has been a true and effective partnership.”
