Rizk Ventures (RV) announced on July 19th the merger of two of its portfolio companies, Rizk Ventures Healthcare Analytics (RVHA) and Classroom24-7 (Classroom), two of their portfolio companies. Both companies will operate under the RVHA name, with RVHA leveraging Classroom24-7’s distance learning technology and integrated software suite to improve methodologies for a hospital’s staff and administration.

Rizk Ventures holds and invests in a portfolio of companies in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate with expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS), Healthcare, and technologies fields. The merge plays to Classroom24-7’s strengths, leveraging their experience with healthcare clients and their Learning Management System, designed explicitly with training for medical and healthcare professionals in mind.

“RVHA excels at providing hospital clients with a roadmap to peak operational performance and the tools needed to achieve results,” said Jason Palmer, CEO of RVHA, in a press release. “With the merger of Classroom24-7, we will be able to fulfill that promise even more successfully through expert distributed workforce training.”

Classroom worked with RVHA in the past, with many of their courses and content already applicable to RVHA clients. Beyond Classroom24-7’s technology and software, RVHA also benefits from Classroom’s software development team, media production team, and additional professionals with a decade of experience in the healthcare industry.
