David Grossman’s recently published book on leadership won its fifth award, achieving recognition as a finalist in the 2017 Book Excellence Awards. The book, “No Cape Needed: The Simplest, Smartest, Fastest Steps to Improve How you Communicate by Leaps and Bounds” offers insights from Grossman’s 30+ years of experience in the fields of communication and leadership, as well as including advice from 20 senior executives at leading organizations. The book seeks to help leaders effectively and quickly achieve their goals.
Grossman is an author, speaker, APR, ABC, Fellow PRSA, and leading consultant that founded The Grossman Group, a leadership and communications consultancy that works on internal communications, strategic leadership development, and organizational consulting.
“No Cape Needed” marks Grossman’s third book on leadership communications. Previous titles are, “You Can’t Not Communicate: Proven Communication Solutions that Power the Fortune 100”, and “You Can’t Not Communicate 2”, both winning multiple awards as well.
