Silicon Valley Forum’s successful Agricultural Technology (AgTech) immersion program, “The Seeds of Our Future: Innovating Global AgTech,” is returning for a third year, and will be hosted at various locations from August 27th to August 30th in the Valley and Northern California. Attendees will tour companies and farms to see both local and global challenges facing agriculture, followed by a full-day conference where AgTech experts will share their insights and unique perspectives.

The full-day conference on the 30th brings together Agtech experts including Peter Wren-Hilton, the executive Director of Agritech New Zealand, and Karen Ross, Secretary of the California Department of Food and Agriculture, and many others.

“It’s always exciting to see collaboration potential with both growers and entrepreneurs from around the world, and to explore new methods and new innovation right from the fields where they’re being implemented,” said George Kellerman, COO of Yamaha Motor Ventures that is the Premier Partner of the event. “The growing relationship between technology and agriculture is filled with potential, and we’re excited to be a part of such a fast-growing ecosystem.”

Tickets are available for the whole program as well as the conference alone.
