Barely out of the gate, TwitchCon has outgrown its old home in San Francisco’s Moscone Center. Twitch, one of the world’s leading broadcasting service and community for gamers, inaugurated the conference last year which drew a huge turnout of over 20,000 attendees. TwitchCon scheduled for September 30 to October 2 has been moved to the larger San Diego Convention Center and has added an additional day of programming.

TwitchCon is quickly becoming a must-attend event for gamers and beyond. “Our amazing and passionate community of broadcasters, developers and fans made the first TwitchCon a massive success,” said Emmett Shear, CEO of Twitch. “This year, we will be expanding our footprint and building all new experiences to ensure TwitchCon 2016 is even more compelling.”

The conference will allow Twitch broadcasters, viewers, and developers to build relationships, participate in live events, and gain knowledge from platform and gaming experts. Most importantly, the event will allow the Twitch community to play games and create the content that attracts over 100 million community members and 1.7 million broadcasters monthly.
