These no-cost sessions being held during the second week of each month on Tuesday and Thursday occur at the firm’s headquarters location or via Skype.
The scheduled 30-minute sessions serve as a way for entrepreneurs to gain important guidance for their tech startups, particularly for those who will be seeking investor funding in the future. In addition to advice on how to raise capital, Edison’s seasoned team will provide input on team building, business strategy, creating innovative products, as well as offering feedback on pitching for funds.
Edison Partners focuses on investments in the key sectors of financial services technology, healthcare technology, marketing technology, and enterprise 2.0. The firm has offices in New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Ohio. Their executive team and network of professionals offers expertise in a range of areas, providing insight on latest market trends, the newest technologies and traction gaining business models.
The firm recently announced the closing of its latest growth equity fund, Edison Partners VIII. The $275 million in committed capital makes it the largest fund in the firm’s 30-year history and exceeded its $250 million target.
