Enterprise cloud company ServiceNow launched on April 21 theServiceNow Store for more than 80 paid and free certified mobile apps and integrations developed on the ServiceNow platform, according to a press release.
The news was announced at Knowledge15, ServiceNow‘s knowledge user conference, which brought an estimated 9,000 attendees to participate in more than 100 labs and 200 breakout sessions, specialized networking events and an ExpoNow exhibition hall with nearly 120 sponsors.
To meet the needs of today’s businesses, IT organizations are challenged with a demand to provide new apps and to balance the faster time-to-value from apps they can buy with the costs of developing and implementing custom apps.
ServiceNow customers can now do so with greater ease with its store, which will allow IT organizations more flexibility to respond to their clients’ needs. The store also features “value-added” business apps made by technology partners, solution providers, systems integrators and service providers, according to the press release.
The application marketplace provided by ServiceNow offers a variety of solutions to help customers make their employees’ service available for mass consumption, automate office workflows and integrate IT operations. Customers can purchase ServiceNow-certified apps with credit cards in USD for performance, security and compatibility on the ServiceNow platform.
