Gene Slowinski is the Director of Strategic Alliance and Open Innovation Research at the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University and Managing Partner of the Alliance Management Group, a consulting firm devoted to the formation and management of strategic alliances. He has written extensively about strategic partnerships and open innovation. Director Slowinski co-authored a book about strategic partnerships that he often suggests entrepreneurs should reference and is entitled, “The Strongest Link: Forging A Profitable and Enduring Corporate Alliance”.
