The startup, founded in 2022, is led by the seasoned team of Alex Yakubovich and Stan Garber who quickly gained investor backing to make Levelpath the leader in enterprise procurement.

Levelpath, a leading AI-native procurement platform, has raised over $55 million in Series B funding to accelerate its mission of transforming enterprise procurement through intelligent automation and autonomous AI agents.

Led by Battery Ventures, the latest funding round brings Levelpath’s total capital raised to $100 million and marks a significant step forward in addressing the $13 trillion global procurement challenge.

The round also included participation from prominent firms such as Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark, 01A, New View Capital, and World Innovation Lab.

Battery Ventures General Partner Neeraj Agrawal, a notable SaaS investor and creator of the “T2D3” growth model, has joined Levelpath’s board of directors. Agrawal previously led investments in companies like Coupa, which went public in 2016 and was acquired for approximately $8 billion.

“Levelpath represents the future of enterprise procurement: intelligent, automated, and strategically aligned with business objectives,” said Agrawal. “The team has built remarkable technology that delivers measurable ROI to some of the world’s largest organizations.”

Reimagining Enterprise Procurement with AI Agents

Procurement is the second-largest operational expense after payroll for most companies—yet it remains one of the least modernized enterprise functions. Legacy procurement software often fails to provide intuitive interfaces or intelligent automation, leading to inefficiencies and user frustration.

Levelpath is changing that with its AI-native procurement platform, built from the ground up to harness advanced machine learning and automation technologies. Its secret sauce lies in the Hyperbridge reasoning engine, which powers intelligent decision-making across procurement workflows—from supplier onboarding to sourcing event creation.

“Procurement touches every part of a business,” said Alex Yakubovich, Co-founder and CEO of Levelpath. “We didn’t just add AI to outdated systems. We reimagined procurement from the ground up with intelligence built into every interaction.”

At the heart of this transformation are Levelpath’s AI Agents—autonomous, strategic tools embedded into the platform that help procurement teams operate smarter, faster, and with greater accuracy.

These agents connect insights across workflows and act proactively on behalf of users to execute complex tasks like risk assessments, vendor selection, and contract management.

Unlike traditional automation tools, Levelpath’s AI Agents are built for flexibility, adaptability, and real-time contextual awareness. They require no complex IT support and come preconfigured to deliver value immediately.

AI-Native Architecture That Scales with the Enterprise

Levelpath’s Hyperbridge-powered AI-native architecture is what sets it apart. Hyperbridge unifies:

  • Context management
  • Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration
  • Secure and compliant data handling

This powerful combination ensures that every procurement decision is informed, secure, and aligned with company goals.

By routing procurement queries through the most relevant models and tailoring outputs to specific enterprise contexts, Levelpath’s platform provides high-level automation with low maintenance overhead.

For organizations under pressure to modernize and do more with fewer resources, this delivers scalable procurement transformation without compromising control or security.

Fueling Enterprise Growth and Operational Efficiency

Levelpath is already trusted by a growing list of global enterprises, including:

  • Ace Hardware
  • Amgen
  • Coupang
  • Fortrea
  • GATX
  • SiriusXM
  • SSM Health
  • Western Union

With strong early traction and marketplace integrations like Coupa’s App Marketplace, Levelpath is positioning itself as a category leader in enterprise procurement innovation.

Co-founder and President Stan Garber emphasized the broader vision:

“We’re not just building procurement tools. We’re building the intelligent infrastructure that turns procurement into a competitive advantage. AI will drive enterprise productivity at scale.”

Levelpath will use the Series B funding to accelerate product development, scale go-to-market operations, expand ecosystem partnerships and host a new AI Masterclass webinar series for procurement leaders.

Leading the Procurement AI Revolution

Levelpath’s rise comes at a time when enterprises are actively seeking ways to streamline operations, increase transparency, and leverage AI for smarter decision-making.

Traditional procurement solutions, many of which predate the current wave of AI innovation, lack the flexibility to adapt to today’s needs. With autonomous AI agents and a platform purpose-built for the AI era, Levelpath is uniquely positioned to become the default procurement operating system for large enterprises.
