With the ongoing change in formats for data and storage, companies and government agencies are moving to transform their sizable paper and PDF forms into more adaptable digital formats. To help speed up this lengthy and time-consuming process, Texas headquartered enterprise software provider Intelledox announced a new tool called infiniti Accelerate that leverages AI and machine learning.

The new module functions by pulling in PDF forms, analyzing their structure and data fields, and recreating them in mobile and web-optimized formats automatically. This completely eliminates the need for manual work, speeding up associated workflows by 87% and improving time-to-market. No IT programming expertise is required to operate the software.

“Clients are further streamlining business processes by tying these guided, digital forms in the Intelledox Infiniti platform to additional workflows, conditions and information from core back-office systems, as well as producing on-demand customer communications,” said Intelledox’s Head of Product Mamagement, Clinton Brown. “In addition, organizations can analyze data more easily to identify trends and optimize the customer experience”.

Infiniti Accelerate is built on Microsoft AI services and is delivered on Microsoft’s Azure cloud, with applications in banking, health, education, insurance, and government sectors on a wide variety of forms within them. The approach used in the software aligns with predictions on what the future of document-based processes will look like.
