With over 4,000 automotive dealerships already using Gubagoo’s virtual retail platform, the company announced its full integration with Facebook Marketplace, now enabling customers to build a deal and obtain financing approval for a vehicle purchase in less than 30 minutes. This is a major step for the Gubagoo Virtual Retailing platform that specializes in conversational commerce solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and automotive dealerships.
“Gubagoo Virtual Retailing in Messenger allows us to go beyond high-quality lead generation and close deals, freeing up dealers to focus their efforts on in-store customers,” said Gubagoo’s CEO, Brad Title. “Dealers can also watch a live deal as its happening, jump into a chat with the customer, desk a deal on the fly and send it to the customer. It’s powerful stuff.”
The platform lets the entire deal take place online, including 24/7/365 support from Gubagoo F&I agents to guide customers through the process. The process is initiated when a customer sends a message through the Facebook Messenger. When the seller and customer reach an agreement, the customer taps “Buy Online” to calculate payments, apply rebates and accessories, value any trade-ins, and submit credit applications for online approval without leaving the messenger.
Gubagoo Virtual Retailing will be available as an add-on solution to Gubagoo’s existing ChatSmart product, providing advanced live chat. The retailer also complements other existing products and solutions, like Publisher for behavior-based incentives and offers, and Text+ for outbound and inbound texting. A demonstration of the Virtual Retailing platform was given at the recent Digital Dealer Conference and Expo.
