CES Unveiled New York held on November 10th at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City showcased over 25 exhibitors from across the country. A range of innovative technologies were presented that included virtual reality, wearables, Smart homes, 3D printing, as well as many advancements in consumer technology.
Produced by the CTA (Consumer Technology Assocation), CES Unveiled also featured panels discussing trends and market research. For half a century, the CES has been a center of innovation and technological discoveries and has served to introduce innovations to the global marketplace.
CTA is a trade organization with over 2,200 technology companies that are members. 80 percent of these members are small businesses and startups. Benefits of membership includes access to research, standards development, industry promotion, and others. Overall, the CTA represents the $287 billion consumer technology industry within the United States.
Upcoming CES events includes CES Unveiled Las Vegas on January 3, 2017 and CES 2017 from January 5-8, 2017, both are taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also there will be CES Asia 2017 on June 7-9 in Shanghai, China.
