The top CEOs will be honored at the 2024 MO CEO Summit being held in Austin, Texas
In recognition that companies, and particularly their leadership, can significantly impact society and communities, Big Path Capital announced its 2024 MO 100 Ranking. The annual list honors the top 100 CEOs who are leading high-growth companies that are distinguished for their positive social and environmental impact.
The 2024 MO 100 focuses on the companies benefitting workers, customers, communities, and the environment, not just the shareholders. The leaders utilize capitalism to create shared prosperity.

The top three honorees are:
#1 ranked, Scott Jacobs, CEO of Generate that is building, financing, and operating sustainable infrastructure that delivers affordable and reliable resource solutions to companies.
#2 ranked, Steve McDougal, CEO of 3Degrees that globally helps organizations achieve renewable energy and decarbonization goals, and
#3 randed Russell Diez-Canseco, CEO of Vital Farms which has the mission to bring ethically produced food from family farms to families’ tables is now the leading U.S. brand of pasture-raised eggs in the country.
The top 100 list includes a range of business sectors and sizes drawn from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Belgium. All strive for financial returns to their shareholders, while also being a force for good. Industries include renewable energy, financial services, consulting, project finance, solar installation, apparel, and consumer products.
Those on the Big Path Capital’s 2024 MO 100 Ranking include 77 Certified B Corporations, 11 companies that are Certified Fair Trade, and 11 that are 1% for the Planet members. They will be honored at the MO 100 Awards Gala during the 2024 MO CEO Summit, scheduled for April 15-17, 2024, in Austin, Texas.
