On March 12th, the Assembly Science, Innovation and Technology Committee released A3652 which reestablishes the Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology. The bill has been 2nd Referenced to the Assembly Appropriations Committee for funding.
This follows the Committee’s inaugural hearing on February 1st which explored how to further build the state’s innovation ecosystem. The hearing included witnesses who advocated for the re-establishment of the Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology.
