Enterprises are empowered with no-code AI Agent builder and industry-specific AI solutions.

In a move set to revolutionize the way businesses implement AI, Accenture has expanded its AI Refinery platform by introducing an innovative AI agent builder. This new tool allows business users to construct and customize AI agents without any coding knowledge, significantly accelerating the adoption of agentic AI across various industries. Additionally, Accenture is rolling out over 50 industry-specific AI agent solutions powered by NVIDIA’s advanced reasoning models, with an ambitious target of reaching 100 by the end of the year.

Democratizing AI with No-Code Agent Builder

The newly launched AI agent builder is designed to make AI deployment more accessible for business leaders. By eliminating the need for technical expertise, the tool empowers decision-makers to swiftly adapt AI solutions in response to changing market conditions, regulatory updates, customer demands, and competitive dynamics.

Traditionally, modifying AI agents required extensive input from engineering teams, leading to delays in implementation. With the new agent builder, users can now rapidly customize and deploy AI agents while maintaining governance and compliance protocols built into the AI Refinery platform. This capability is available for both native AI agents and external AI solutions integrated into the Refinery.

“We are seizing the significant opportunity to help our clients prioritize bold, high-impact initiatives that tackle core business challenges by reinventing processes end-to-end with generative AI and agentic technology,” said Lan Guan, Chief AI Officer at Accenture. “Accenture continues to double-down on new innovations like agent builder on our AI Refinery platform to empower organizations and decision-makers with the flexibility to drive business value faster.”

Industry-Specific AI Solutions for Scalable Impact

Accenture is rapidly expanding its suite of industry-tailored AI agents, leveraging NVIDIA Llama Nemotron AI models with reasoning capabilities powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise. Some of the industry-specific AI agent solutions currently available include:

  • Telecommunications Agent Assist – This solution enhances call center operations by providing real-time insights and recommendations to human agents, resulting in up to 25x faster call processing and a 24% improvement in call accuracy.
  • Insurance Underwriting AI – Designed to automate and streamline the traditionally manual property and casualty underwriting process, this AI solution reduces inefficiencies and helps insurers analyze 100% of coverage submissions, preventing missed revenue opportunities.
  • Finance Order-to-Cash Optimization – AI-powered automation assists finance teams in managing order validation, invoice reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes, reducing delays and increasing competitiveness.
  • Banking Credit Sales Intelligence – This solution automates compliance checks, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment, enabling commercial banks to provide personalized support to credit underwriters with greater efficiency.

Collaborations with Industry Leaders

Accenture’s AI Refinery solutions are already being tested and implemented by major organizations, including ESPN, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), beauty tech startup Noli, and the United Nations.

ESPN is exploring the use of AI through its ESPN Edge Innovation Center, where an AI-powered avatar named FACTS is being tested. This avatar provides fans with data-driven insights from ESPN Analytics, enhancing engagement and simplifying complex sports analytics.

HPE is integrating AI Refinery solutions with HPE Private Cloud AI to optimize procurement, spend management, and contract obligations.

Noli, backed by L’Oréal, has partnered with Accenture to power its AI-driven beauty shopping platform, delivering hyper-personalized product recommendations to customers.

The United Nations is leveraging Accenture’s technology to develop a multilingual research AI agent capable of supporting over 150 languages. This initiative aims to promote awareness of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and foster local economic sustainability.

Driving Enterprise AI Adoption

Accenture’s research reveals that companies that have scaled at least one industry-specific AI solution are three times more likely to exceed expected ROI. By integrating advanced AI reasoning capabilities into enterprise workflows, organizations can significantly enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive strategic decision-making.

“Agentic AI is powering the next wave of AI, enabling enterprises to enhance productivity with intelligent agents capable of handling complex, multi-step challenges,” said Justin Boitano, Vice President of Enterprise Software at NVIDIA. “Accenture’s industry-specific AI agents expand the capabilities of the Accenture AI Refinery with NVIDIA, allowing industry leaders to deploy digital teammates and scale impactful outcomes rapidly.”

Expanding AI Across the SaaS and Cloud Ecosystem

Available on all public and private cloud platforms, AI Refinery is designed for seamless integration with existing enterprise ecosystems. The platform is also positioned to collaborate with other Accenture Business Groups, ensuring AI solutions are deployed efficiently across software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud AI environments.

Accenture’s commitment to AI innovation, in partnership with NVIDIA, reflects a strategic effort to transform enterprises with scalable, high-impact AI solutions. As businesses continue to embrace AI-driven transformation, the new AI agent builder and industry-specific solutions are set to redefine operational agility and efficiency across industries.
