Female Leaders across the country were honored for their contributions that have helped other women in business
As women continue to make inroads for parity in the workforce, women leaders are a big part of the gains being achieved. In recognition of women who have contributed to changing business for the betterment of women, the financial, insurance and advisory services provider CBIZ announced the winners of its third annual Women Transforming Business Award.
The Award program is supported by CBIZ’s Women’s Advantage which was launched in 2007 to bolster women’s competitive advantage in business through the efforts of women assisting women in their careers. Their assistance includes professional training, mentorship, development, recognition and career enhancement.
This year the Women Transforming Business Awards were given in four categories as part of a virtual event held on May 3 that included keynote speaker Erica Dhawan, CEO of Cotential. Dhawan is a thought leader on authentic communication and digital teamwork.
“Adding a fourth category this year gave us the opportunity to celebrate a business leader making a real difference in her community. We are humbled to share the stories of these women with the world,” said Lori Novickis, National Leader of CBIZ Women’s Advantage.
The CBIZ 2023 Women Transforming Business Award winners with their respective categories are: Tassie Oswald, Partner, Eureka Equity Partners forFinancial Strength, Cynthia DiBartolo, Esq., Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Tigress Financial Partners for Culture, Kelly Aronson, Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President, Andersen Corporation for Innovation and Lisa Holland, President, Sheltair for Community Impact.
“These leaders are driving important change in their organizations, making an impact in their communities and demonstrating their dedication and fortitude every day. Congratulations to the finalists and winners,” said Jerry Grisko, President and Chief Executive Officer of CBIZ.
