Co-founder of GoodHire Brian Monahan was named as one of Workforce Magazine’s 2017 Game Changers, in a July 19th announcement. Thanks to his leadership, excellent customer service, and technology behind GoodHire, the company is the best-reviewed background check site available.
Offering drug screening, employment background checks, and stack compliance services through its “True Me” platform, GoodHire is a candidate-based background screening company. Owned by Certified B Corp Inflection, the fast-growing startup has reached more than 48,000 customers in just four years.
Monahan talked about the goal of GoodHire in a press release, saying, “We’re solving for a future that respects job seekers and the companies that hire them. We’re working toward a radically transparent and radically efficient future that incorporates machine learning to deliver accurate insights that help people make good decisions.”
The Game Changer recognition is only the latest in a string of awards recognizing the company. Previous awards include the 2017 Tektonic Award for combatting systemic inequalities present in normal background checks, HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Award for customer satisfaction with the background screening, and Human Resources Executive’s Top HR Product Award, recognizing the “True Me” platform’s unique transparency during a background check.
