Harvest Enterprises Inc. brings their large U.S. footprint in the cannabis industry to the world’s largest cannabis market, California, through a strategic acquisition and successful license applications. The company already holds over 40 licenses across eight states, with plans to open operations in three key areas of California: the Moreno Valley, Merced, and Napa.

Steve White, Harvest CEO, spoke about the expansion with high hopes, saying that, “We are very excited to announce that Harvest will be expanding into California with three new locations – from NorCal to SoCal to the Central Valley. Harvest’s expansion into the most populous state in America and the largest regulated cannabis market in the world is an important next step in the company’s strategic growth strategy.”

They now hold a license for one of eight dispensaries in and around Moreno Valley, next to the City of Riverside and the Redlands university town. They acquired a dispensary license for Merced through a competitive application process, and acquired a controlling interest in a dispensary within the City of Napa, which is being renamed Harvest of Napa.

These licenses and this expansion are only the latest in Harvest’s massive operations. Since its founding in 2011, Harvest holds the largest market share in Arizona, the third largest medical cannabis market in the country. They offer cannabis flower and cannabis oil, as well as vaporizer pens that promote the safe inhalation of medical cannabis.
