Terra Security’s platform is a major step in offensive security using agentic AI pentesters that work continuously, autonomously exploring applications, simulating attacks, and identifying vulnerabilities in real time.
In a landmark event at RSA 2025, CrowdStrike and Amazon Web Services (AWS) revealed Terra Security as the winner of the highly competitive 2025 Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator. Developed in collaboration with NVIDIA’s Inception program for startups, this annual accelerator has become a defining initiative for fostering innovation in the cybersecurity space.
CrowdStrike and AWS Expand AI Innovation Through Cybersecurity Accelerator
The 2025 program attracted hundreds of applicants from the U.S., Israel, and Europe, underscoring the growing demand for AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. From this pool, 36 early-stage companies were selected for an intensive eight-week, equity-free accelerator program.
Participants gained access to expert mentorship, technical guidance, funding resources, and go-to-market support designed to help scale their solutions globally.
2025 Accelerator Program Attracts Global Cybersecurity Startups
Among strong competitors, Terra Security stood out with its agentic AI-powered, continuous web application penetration testing. The company topped a pool of 10 finalists who pitched live at RSA Conference 2025. The final event at the Falcon Lounge featured a distinguished judging panel that evaluated startups based on innovation, market relevance, and scalability.
Terra Security Leads with Agentic AI-Powered Web Application Testing
Shahar Peled, co-founder and CEO of Terra Security, shared his vision following the win. “At Terra, we’re reimagining offensive security with a swarm of agentic AI pentesters—ethical hackers that continuously test, adapt, reason, and inject business context, all under human oversight. We are excited to scale and strengthen pentesting programs for modern enterprises.”
Terra Security’s platform represents a major advancement in offensive security. Unlike traditional penetration testing tools that operate on set schedules and require human execution, Terra’s agentic AI pentesters work continuously. They autonomously explore applications, simulate attacks, and identify vulnerabilities in real time.
This persistent and adaptive approach ensures that businesses are always aware of their security posture and can act quickly to remediate risks. By embedding business logic and contextual awareness into its AI, Terra offers more relevant and actionable findings that align with an organization’s operational and security priorities.
Early adopters are already seeing results. “Terra Security’s AI pentesters have transformed our vulnerability management process,” said Lisa Grant, CISO at Fintera Bank, an early customer. “Continuous, contextual testing gives us real-time insights that traditional assessments never could. It’s like having a dedicated security team working 24/7.”
Judges Highlight Innovation and Market Impact at RSA 2025
Judges included George Kurtz, founder and CEO of CrowdStrike; CJ Moses, chief information security officer at Amazon; and David Reber Jr., chief security officer at NVIDIA. Two additional companies, Kenzo Security and Rig Security, were recognized as runner-ups for their innovative approaches in AI-driven security and identity threat protection.
