Node emerged for public viewing and announced on July 26th a brand-new artificial intelligence technology dedicated to assisting businesses and individuals with locating meaningful opportunities on the web. The company was founded by Falon Fatemi, with funding and backing from entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
Node uses the relationships between companies and consumers on the internet, delivering insights and guidance to the user for better deals through a revolutionary people-based intelligence. The company’s founder and CEO, Falon Fatemi, was among the youngest employees to work for Google at 19, and now has an advisory and leadership team of technology entrepreneurs and data engineers from Microsoft, Facebook, and Google.
Fatemi gave her perspective on the company’s goal in a press release, saying that, “Ninety percent of the information on the web was created in just the last two years and that pace is only increasing. Search is great when you know what you’re looking for, but what about the people and companies on the web you don’t know you should be looking for? With Node, we’re creating a new paradigm in how people and businesses build connections and realize new opportunities.”
For the past 18 months the company operated in stealth mode, but emerged with $16.3 million in series A financing and now offers its patent-pending discovery engine, comprised of half a billion profiles on companies and people, to businesses globally. The company is currently focusing on increasing customer discovery for marketing and sales.
