For the fourth year in a row, L’Oreal USA is investing in the next generation of female entrepreneurs through their Women in Digital NEXT Generation Awards. This event supports and empowers women pursuing careers in digital marketing, technology and IT. Until August 14, female entrepreneurs can apply or be nominated for an opportunity to launch innovative business solutions in partnership with L’Oreal, to cultivate development in the tech and beauty industries.

“L’Oreal’s commitment to female entrepreneurs in all areas of technology was so compelling,” said Vivian Rosenthal, Founder and CEO of Snaps, a platform for brand marketing across messaging applications and devices, and 2012 NEXT Generation Awards winner. “Partnering with an industry titan like L’Oreal not only provided us with the opportunity to work with brands in their portfolio, but also validated our business to potential partners.”

The top three female-founded companies will receive NEXT Generation Awards, which include a program featuring mentorship from leaders in the technology industry. Fostering top ideas for development in data, e-commerce, robotics, virtual reality and more; one winner will benefit from all available resources from partnering with L’Oreal including brand and audience expansion.

Selected finalists will be connected with L’Oreal’s network of venture capitalists and top technology executives from companies including Pinterest, the Huffington Post Media Group, Cisco, Bloomberg Beta and more. In November, the three winners chosen will present their innovations at L’Oreal’s Inspiration Day to over 450 marketing executives who will vote and choose the winner who will partner with L’Oreal.
