Mysty Rusk is the Executive Director of the Free Enterprise Institute, part of the University of San Diego Knauss School of Business. She is also the Founder of the San Diego Angel Conference which focuses on activating the angel investor community in the greater San Diego region.
The annual event has successfully raised millions of dollars for fund raising entrepreneurs, while the angel conference grows each year, attracting more angel investors into the San Diego ecosystem.
