IT Connect 2016, touted as the “Largest IT Expo in New Jersey”, will be held at Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset NJ on September 9 and 10.
During the 2-day event entrepreneurs, technology experts, and professionals in the area of information technology will share their knowledge about entrepreneurship and technology.
“Our mission is to increase collaboration among the tech industry and encourage entrepreneurs to create amazing technologies that better our lives,” according to the organizer’s event’s website.
A special program for entrepreneurs is the “StartUp Challenge”. Participants pitch to win a $2500 first prize and the opportunity to potentially “receive up to $1 Million Dollars additional in funding from Investors.”
IT Connect 2016 will provide entrepreneurs a chance to meet with industry leaders and experts in entrepreneurship and allow them to engage and share ideas. It is also meant to provide guidance to students and entrepreneurs about starting their own businesses and about successful strategies to seek employment in the Job Fair to be held.
