Friday, November 4th, will be a full day for entrepreneurs at The Times Center in New York City, when Cornell University will hold its annual summit. Titled “Elevate Your Network, Your Game, Your Story, the summit hosted by Entrepreneurship at Cornell will draw in over 400 attendees.
Successful entrepreneurs, investors and aspiring student entrepreneurs will rub shoulders while listening to talks centering on entrepreneurial experience and insight about starting and building a venture. Students who are working on starting new businesses as they pursue degrees and post-graduate studies at Cornell Tech and at Cornell’s main campus in Ithaca, NY will attend.
In addition, six student startup business teams will participate in a pitch competition before judges and the live audience. There will be two teams from Cornell, Princeton and New York University.
Nine prominent entrepreneurs were chosen to speak based on their inspiring stories about founding and building their ventures. Among them are Sallie Krawcheck, CEO, Ellevest, whose professional mission is to help women reach their financial and professional goals.
