Artificial Intelligence is becoming more and more important in the strategic plans of companies seeking to grow revenue, finds a new Pulse Survey from Harvard Business Review. The survey, sponsored by People.ai, an AI company that offers its own Revenue Operations and Intelligence System powered by AI, revealed that the next 3-5 years will be critical for companies looking to improve go-to-market functions because important insights are expected to be gained from large companies as they drive for deeper alignment in their go-to-market functions.
Already 51 percent of large companies expect AI to perform important duties such as automating processes and adding information from customer relationship management systems within the next three years. Advanced AI technology enables companies to improve sales effectiveness by relying on data-driven insights to more efficiently focus their efforts and reach consumers.
More than 90 percent of well-known companies with brand recognition and significant customer service satisfaction already use AI in some capacity to increase consumer satisfaction rates. Now even more companies can focus on generating revenue and preparing growth strategies while AI solutions, such as People.ai, keep consumers happy.
“With People.ai, my team is no longer spending their days manually entering data into the CRM, and they’re now able to focus on what they do best—driving revenue for our organization,” said Greg Holmes, Head of Sales at Zoom, in a press statement. “Since deploying People.ai, we’ve seen productivity and sales activity grow significantly. I am able to ramp up reps faster and monitor the team’s activities, identify at-risk deals, and better understand which actions actually drive results.”
