Booz Allen Hamilton’s recently launched Modzy platform enables government agencies and enterprises to rapidly deploy AI at scale through pre-trained models created by machine learning (ML) companies such as Apptek, CrowdAI, Paravision and others. With optimized and trusted AI that doesn’t sacrifice security and offers embedded governance, the platform grows stronger thanks to its most recent new partnership between AI technology leader AppTek and Booz Allen Hamilton.
AppTek’s CEO Mudar Yaghi said that, “AppTek is on the cutting edge of automatic speech recognition and machine translation, and this integration not only expands Modzy’s offerings, it provides an avenue for agencies to access the AppTek engine effectively and securely to provide their systems more accurate multilingual, multi-source data.”
AppTek boasts more than three decades of experience and innovation in automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding, and neural machine translation. Through their technology, Modzy users benefit from multi-language translations, secure transcripts, notable improvements to accessibility, and improved analysis and information management workflows.
Modzy doesn’t just allow users to evaluate and deploy a suitable AI model at scale, but also allows them to upload their own models for governance and management. The software is open architecture, and is available via the cloud, on-premise, or through custom deployment options. It launches to its early-access participants in mid-2020, with a focus on federal government and commercial industry customers.
