In an effort to help other startups who went through the same struggles and doubts as she did, Kim Perell, entrepreneur and multiple-time CEO in the marketing technology industry, announces the launch of The Execution Factor Fund. Perell is using the profits from her newly released book, The Execution Factor, The One Skill That Drives Success, to provide seed stage funding to start-ups.

In addition to funding, startups benefit from Perell’s extensive network of industry experts. Applications are now being accepted and submissions must include a two-minute introductory YouTube video.

Perell, herself, went from being unemployed in her 20s to building her own company that began at her kitchen table, Frontline Direct, which achieved more than $100 million in annual revenue and was eventually sold for $235 million. She became a multi-millionaire by age 30 and has since invested in over 70 early stage startups, attributing her success to her ability to execute, which she explains in detail in her book.

Teaching step-by-step tactics, Perell elaborates on how employers, executives, and entrepreneurs can master how to properly execute in order to accomplish goals.

She described her journey, recalling, “When I started my first company over 15 years ago, I was broke, unemployed, and trying to convince anyone to lend me money was an uphill battle. Thankfully, my 80-year-old grandmother made a bet on me. My goal is to pay her generosity forward by investing in entrepreneurs who need someone to believe in them.”

The book is now available on Amazon and the Barnes and Noble website.
