Nashville Startup Conference Boasts Impressive Panelist Shortlist
Launch Tennessee's "36|86" conference continues to draw top tech and entrepreneurial talent to speak on southern culture, entrepreneurship and investment. Panelists include venture capitalists such as Tyson Clark of Google Ventures, Pelli Wang of crowdfunding platform and seed-stage fund SeedInvest, and Paul Santinelli of North Bridge Venture Partners. They will join other influential entrepreneurs like Vijay Balasubramaniyan, of Pindrop Security, and Jim McKelvey, co-founder of the mobile-payment company Square

36|86 is known for its contributions to the technology and venture landscapes. Last year, the conference drew over 900 attendees that included a mix of investors, startup representatives, and technology entrepreneurs. For the past four years, the Blackstone Charitable Foundation has recognized the conference for its continued impact. This year, the Foundation will fund the Innovation Grant Program, which will award the winner of the 36|86 startup competition with a $50,000 grand prize.

This year's 36|86 will be held June 6-7 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in downtown Nashville. Tickets are available at the 36|86 website.
