Denver Startup Week has announced the dates for their 2016 event that will mark the fifth year of the "largest free entrepreneurial event of its kind in North America", according to the event's press release. The five days of entrepreneurial festivities set for September 12th through the 16th will take place in downtown Denver.
Serving the entrepreneurial community in Denver, the event will include keynote speakers, panels and pitch presentations. Specific focus will be put in the areas of technology, design, social entrepreneurship, manufacturing and business. In light of these events, the entrepreneurs of Denver and their ideas will be recognized and celebrated.
The Denver Startup Week Organizing Committee seeks to highlight Denver as an entrepreneurial center on the local, regional and national stage, while assisting entrepreneurs with resources and skill training. Co-leading with the Organizing Committee are Tami Door, CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Erik Mitisek, CEO of the Colorado Technology Association, and Ben Deda, COO of Galvanize.
