From March 6-7th at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, global lenders and the fintech community will gather for LendIt USA 2017. Lendit is considered the largest conference series for global lenders and fintech and its flagship New York event draws over 5,000 attendees ranging from investors, banks, and service providers among many others.
LendIt USA is expanding to include additional fintech areas such as digital wealth management and digital banking. These programs offer the benefit of “information we’ll be able to share with our small- to mid-size business customers,” as described by scheduled speaker Ben Gold. Gold who is the President of QuickBridge, a financial services firm that lends working capital to small- and mid-sized business nationwide, will be among other financial experts speaking in the Innovation in Lending – Small Business track titled “Short Duration / High Yield: Protecting Against Interest Rate Hikes. The panel discussion will give attendees insight into how an increase in interest rates will affect businesses. As stated by Gold, each panelist has “product offerings, end-user profiles, and capital structures that vary”, which will provide a “very unique perspective.”
Other conferences held by LendIt include LendIt Europe in London and LendIt China in Shanghai.
